Disclaimer; Norway’s Glossybox might differ a bit from, for example, the american ones. We are very particular about products and everything apparently needs to be made for Nordic hair and skin and whatnot. Luckily we get products to try that we don’t necessarily see in stores here all the time. I’ve heard about a couple of the brands, mainly from watching other Glossybox unboxing videos. I also pay for the boxes out of my own pocket, so this post is not sponsored in any way.

The theme for January this year is “The Marble Box” and it looks gorgeous! Marbled stone is always pretty and i think i need to keep this one on my shelf for decoration! Maybe fill it will all of that clutter i keep on there.

♥ HOT MAKEUP – Mono Duo Cracked Baked Eye Shadow

As you can see, this is a marbled eye shadow and it is in a very nude shade! I swatched it on my hand and to be honest, i could almost see myself using it as highlighter instead because it gave off more shine than color! (Which is not always a bad thing) It could also be really pretty for giving your eyes some extra shine when using other shadows too. The saddest part about it was that the  marble pattern pretty much disappeared right away.

This is a full sized product (1.5 g) and it is worth 49 NOK / ~$6

♥ PALMOLIVE – Coconut Joy Body Butter Wash

I think it was last year that Palmolive started releasing scents for their ‘Gourmet’ series, and i have honestly enjoyed all of them so far. They had three different ones, Chocolate, Vanilla and Strawberry, and this time it is Coconut! I love coconut scented things so I’m really looking forward to trying it! I had just purchased it from the store and now i have two!

This is a full sized product and it is worth 37 NOK / ~$4.50

♥ GLAM Of Sweden – Matte Nail Polish (Nude)

I love matte nail polishes and i love nude shades, but this one was a bit weird for me! For some reason they actually nailed the shade of my skin and when i applied it my nails just looked like the rest of my body and it was so weird and i don’t know if i liked that! I might have to try to put some kind of topcoat over it…

This is a full sized product and it is worth 29 NOK / ~$3.50

♥ SPA TO YOU – Face Brush

This is a brush that you are supposed to use while cleansing your face to help with blood circulation and clearing your complexion and what not! It has five gel-like bristles that are supposed to massage your skin. I’m looking forward to trying it out! I’m just scared that it will feel like rubbing a tooth brush onto my face because it has very similar bristles to that.

This is a full sized product and it is worth 85 NOK / ~$10

♥ OOLUTION – Eye Love

This is an eye cream that supposedly contains 65 active ingredients that will combat dark circles and bags and all that jazz! I have tried way too many eye creams that never do what they are supposed to so it will be interesting to see if it works!

This is a full sized product (15 ml) and it is worth 340 NOK / ~$41

♥ SOFTLAN – Raspberry Fabric Softener

We also got a free sample with this months box! Softlan is a fairly known company here and I use their fabric softeners all of the time so its fun to get to try a new scent before purchasing it!

All in all, i was very pleased with this months box! I always love getting to try a variety of new things and Glossybox always seems to deliver when it comes to that. The total value of this month’s box came to a whooping 539 NOK / ~$65. The subscription costs 179 NOK / ~$21 so that is a very good value!

Do you subscribe to any boxes? Are you happy with them?
